80th Anniversary Party and Soapy Smith Wake
The Midwest's oldest independant magic club The Wizard's Club of Chicago, will be celebrating its 80th Anniversary Friday July 27th 2012 with a party from 6PM-11PM!
The theme for the party will be a Soapy Smith Wake.  This is an old west gambling evening and celebration of the life and death of America's first gangster & king of the frontier con men.
Tickets for the event are $30 and the evening will include:
A two hour Western Buffet Dinner.
Old west gambling and con games played with our own Soapy Money.
A Champaign toast.
Gambling themed magic presentations.
Western Costume Contest.
A video presentation by Soapy's Great Grandson.
Western DJ starting at 10PM downstairs with line dancing.
Lots of fun surprises.
The party will be held at Dick's River Roadhouse 702 N. River Road in Mt. Prospect IL.  (One mile north of Merriville Acadamy.)  The party is in the upstairs party room (one flight up a circular staircase).

Some of the games being presented are Faro, Roulette, Fast and Loose, the Shell Game, the Three Card Monte & Cover the Spot.
